Where to stay *

Where you stay shapes how the weekend feels, and being nearby makes it easier to linger, connect, and take part in the full celebration.

All onsite lodging at Ingalls Creek is shared and designed to support a communal, weekend-long experience. Guests may choose between lodge dorm rooms with bunk beds, dry campsites with shared lodge facilities, or shared apartments. There are no fully private onsite accommodations.

Apartments are best suited for larger groups who are comfortable sharing space together, and our hope is to place one group per apartment. Apartment requests must be submitted by March 31st so we can finalize groupings. Bunk beds and campsites will remain available with no deadline.

If you’d like to stay onsite, please indicate your preferences on your RSVP. We’ll follow up directly to confirm details and placements.

Accessibility: the lodge includes a ramp to both levels.
